At Cavela, I partnered with the CEO to shape product strategy and influence roadmap decisions across teams. I led end-to-end design—from information architecture and user flows to building the design system from scratch. I created prototypes for internal and external testing, and delivered production-ready designs that supported the MVP and go-to-market launch.
