Google's "Related Questions" is a Search feature that shows a list of expanding question-and-answer boxes based on a user's query. It used to not include specific UGC(user generated content). This project is an experiment to employ UGC and foster a more community-driven search ecosystem.

I drove UX exploration for the “Related Questions” in Google Search, focusing on user answers and a review system. I utilized user research along with UX researchers to understand desire to see authentic answers and need for verification, then defined the IA and user flows that could fit into the current search ecosystem. I created prototypes to test across teams, and worked closely with engineers bring it to life across devices.
