I shaped the funnel for the News (subscription) App, designing a seamless path from article discovery to paid conversion. I conducted user research to understand reader intent, mapped the end-to-end funnel architecture, and prototyped interaction flows for internal and external testing. My work covered production-ready designs that balanced publisher goals, user clarity, and cross-platform consistency within Google's ecosystem.
